Our Services
- Avoid shaving, tanning, waxing; extra sensitive skin and salt water don’t mix.
- Try to skip caffeine for at least 4 hours before floating in order to access the most relaxing experience.
- Don’t float on an empty stomach. A light meal or snack is helpful so that you aren’t distracted by your stomach grumbling while floating. Allow a little time to digest before floating.
- If you are under the influence of drug or alcohol you will NOT be allowed to float.
- HAIR DYES Please be sure your hair is running clear in the shower at home and not leaving any color residue on your towels. If your hair is radical, like red, purple, or blue you must wait to float until your hair is running clear. You are subject to a $500 cleaning fee if the float tank is left unusable by the next guest in standard operations.
- If you are experiencing your menstrual cycle the day of your float, then we ask that please reschedule your float. Thank you!
- Almost anyone can float. Unfortunately, it is not an option for those with epilepsy, so sorry. Also, must be 18 years of age and older.
Float sessions typically last 60 minutes. Sauna and cold plunge sessions can vary based on personal preference, but generally last between 15 to 30 minutes. You can specify your preferences with us when booking.
- Staying hydrated is key, so drink plenty of water beforehand.
- Eat a few hours before.
- If you are experiencing your menstrual cycle please reschedule your appointment.
- If you are pregnant, under 18, have a fever, pacemaker, or have implants we recommend you consult your doctor in case of any medical concerns.
Based on your individual health and wellness goals, we recommend visiting at least once a month. For even better results visit us once a week.
Absolutely! The buoyancy of the salt water will keep your face up and out of the water. If you happen to roll over you’ll definitely wake up and probably experience a salty sting in your eyes, but don’t worry, the sting will subside shortly.
The feeling of being in a float tank is limitless. Even people with extreme claustrophobia have reported having no problems with their time in the float tanks.
The water in the float tank is fully filtered 3 times between each float, passing through a 10 micron filter, and CSA and UL listed low pressure UV system with ozone. The plunge tubs are constantly circulating and filtering water. Cleaner than any swimming pool or hot tub you’ve ever been in.
Individuals with certain health conditions such as uncontrolled hypertension, kidney disease, or those who are pregnant should consult with a physician before booking. Unfortunately, floating is not an option for those with epilepsy, so sorry. Also, must be 18 years of age and older.
You can book a session through our website, over the phone, or by visiting our center. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-in’s and same day appointments are welcome but not guaranteed.
