CONTRAST THERAPY
Your own dedicated infrared sauna and cold plunge, open and easy for just you, or you and a guest. Bright and open, with big windows and natural light throughout. Showers are available and towels are provided.
Guests are also welcome to use our Traditional Sauna when they schedule a Community Side Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge session. You’ll still have your own dedicated infrared sauna and cold plunge, with the option to blend both types of heat with our Traditional Sauna. Sauna. Rinse. Plunge. Repeat.

CORE Sauna & Plunge Membership: $99
This isn’t a membership. It’s a habit worth keeping.
Four sauna and cold plunge sessions a month, plus traditional sauna access, so recovery becomes a regular part of your week instead of one more thing to remember. Membership is shareable, additional sessions are just $25, and you can always bring a guest for $10 for members and $20 for non-members.
